Dr. Sudha Chaturvedi
Chairperson
Dr. Sudha Chaturvedi is a person with core competency in Archaeology and Vedic tradition. In 2006, she started her business enterprises, Gurukripa Agrotech and Natura Biotechnol Pvt. Ltd. She is one of the company's founding directors and guiding force of the business for more than 18 years.
Dr. Sudha earned her Ph.D. from Jiwaji University in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. She had a brief stint as a research associate at the same university and has been conferred with junior and senior fellowships from ICHR, New Delhi. She has published many articles in national and international journals. Her expertise involves in directing, controlling and monitoring the overall administration and operations of the company. She develops and directs the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all health, safety and other statutory regulations.
Mr. Shekhar Chaturvedi
Founder & Managing Director
The journey of Shekhar Chaturvedi begins in the quaint village of Rupapur in Uttar Pradesh, India's District Jalaun. Being surrounded by the natural simplicity of rural childhood, he developed a strong interest in Ayurveda, Agrotech and natural products. He is associated with many Charitable Trusts, Philanthropic organisations and is a volunteer of All World Gayatri Pariwar.
Shekhar a passionate environmentalist holds an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University, and a Master's in Agriculture from Kanpur University. He started his journey from Sterling Agrotech, Bangalore and moved to Sea Water Farm in Eritrea, East Africa, a USA multinational. After his return to India he joined Sami-Sabinsa group.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion to harmonize technology with traditional wisdom, Shekhar co-founded Natura Biotechnol Pvt. Ltd. His in-depth knowledge about the domestic and overseas markets coupled with strategic vision has helped Natura to establish itself as a leading ayurvedic and dietary supplements manufacturer.
Dr. Jyotish Srivastava
Director Technical
Dr. Jyotish is a seasoned professioanal with 25+ years of experience in Nutraceutical, Ayurvedic, and FMCG industries. He leads the technical and quality function at Natura Ayur Science, driving project delivery, product development, and quality assurance.
His expertise spans R&D, quality control, and leadership, with a strong track record at renowned companies like Indena, Dabur, and Patanjali. Dr. Jyotish holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and has published numerous papers, book chapters, and patents, making him a valuable asset to nutraceutical industry.
Mr. Ashish Rathore
Director Supply Chain
With a rich business background, Ashish, Director of Supply Chain at Natura Ayur Science, brings 20+ years of experience in manufacturing and sourcing of authentic botanical raw materials. He oversees the entire supply chain, from raw material sourcing to end-product manufacturing, driving innovation and efficiency.
A commerce graduate with expertise in sourcing, manufacturing, and operations, Ashish excels in facility management, project management, and troubleshooting. He ensures compliance with regulations and has a track record of creating trusted product experiences globally.
